Associates are responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating an environment of hospitality and luxury, and consistently demonstrating a positive and professional attitude toward member, guests, fellow associates, and management.

  • Provide enthusiastic and professional service to all guests.
  • Understand and anticipate the needs of our members and guests; be attentive, listen carefully and follow through; provide exceptional customer service.
  • Represent the club in a professional manner through image, dress, communication, and immediate follow through and response.
  • Greet customers as they enter and exit any area of the club.
  • Check in member or guests in prescribed manner.
  • Provide membership sales team with guest/prospect lead contact information.
  • Communicate any member or guest issues in a timely manner and follow up as is appropriate.
  • Assist with the arrival process for all golfing or clubhouse guests.
  • Maintain and exhibit knowledge of the property, golf course and etiquette.
  • Inform guests of any features of the course or facilities.
  • Perform or assist in opening and/or closing duties, as required, in any area of the club facility.
  • Clean member and guest equipment upon completion of round, as well as do the same for any rental equipment.
  • Assist in setup of equipment or vehicles for daily member needs, or for event functions.
  • Wash and maintain all club equipment or vehicles as required.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment according to State and Local food safety standards
  • Empty trash in and around the golf facilities .
  • Maintain all member and guest areas in a clean and organized manner.
  • Assist banquet supervisors, as needed, during large functions.
  • Breakdown event space in efficient and safe manner following completion of events
  • Describe and serve food and beverage items.
  • Promote daily specials and promotions, and encourage upgrades to all orders.
  • Operate cash registers, process payments through cash or credit card handling and/or member account charges.
  • Operate club software systems including point of sales systems, tee sheet and other reservation softwares.
  • Answer and transfer telephone calls in prescribed manner.
  • Active participation in associate events, programs, meetings, and training.
  • Schedule varies and may require weekend and holiday hours, early mornings, days, and evenings

  • Policies and Regulations — Knowledge of company polices.

  • Computer – Ability to utilize club software program and email communication software, such as Microsoft Outlook.



  • At least one year experience in the hospitality industry or related service position preferred.

  • Ability to lift or carry loads up to XX lbs as required.
