About the Position
The Sanctuary Spa is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Spa Coordinator who is passionate about creating personable experiences and life-long memories.
Provide Exceptional customer service, with greeting members and guests when coming they enter into the Spa
Understand and anticipate the needs of our clients
Efficiently and precisely schedule appointments and process transactions
Ability to meet sales goals - Service + Selling
Drive daily revenues through retail sales and up-selling
Accountable for spa opening and/or closing duties including cash management
Maintain an atmosphere of teamwork and support needs of service providers
Assist in maintaining the functionality and cleanliness of the spa
Support Spa and Club marketing events
Ability to meet revenue goals while providing exceptional customer service
Previous spa or hospitality experience
Excellent communication with employees, members, and guests
Professional, friendly manner and appearance
Well organized and detail oriented
Knowledge of The Sanctuary Spa retail products and services
A flexible schedule and the ability to work evenings, weekends and some holidays.
Must be able to lift items up to 30 lbs.
Some bending/kneeling/stooping required
Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time
Lift, push or pull up to 25 pounds
Reaching with hands and arms
